Tortillas
  1. Combine all ingredients and knead to form a soft dough.
  2. Sit in the fridge for half an hour.
  3. Divide into 8 and roll out to thin tortillas.
  4. Cook in a large fry pan without oil on a high heat. Cook both sides. Turn when it starts to bubble.
