In a large stock pot. 125g of haricot beans produces 1 cup.

Haricot Beans 1 cup 250ml cooked, or chick peas
Chickpeas (cooked) 1 cup 250ml or Haricot Beans
Peas 1 cup 250ml
salt 1.5 tsp 5ml to taste
pepper to taste
Pesto 3 Tbs 15ml
Macaroni 1 1/3 cup 80ml
