Fettuccini
Chop onions, bacon and mushrooms. Sauté onions till mostly cooked. Add bacon and then mushrooms. Add half the 3/4 of the wine, the cream and crumbled feta cheese. Cook for further 5 minutes on low till sauce thickens. Add final dash of wine and serve on fresh pasta.
