Blackened Fish
Combine oil and ginger, pour over fish - refrigerate for 3 hours. Drain fish, discard marinade. Coat fish in remaining combined ingredients. Cook on barbecue or pan uncovered till brown both sides. Serve with Sweet Tomato Relish.
