Stuffed Mushrooms
Remove mushroom stalks from mushrooms - keep these to include in the stuffing. Finely chop and combine all ingredients (except the fresh bread crumbs and wine) and sauté in fry pan till cooked. Probably takes about 5 minutes on low heat. Add a table spoon of wine when mixture is partially cooked and another tablespoon or two just before mixture is cooked. Once mixture is cooked combine with fresh bread crumbs and spoon into mushroom buttons. Place a small nob of butter on the top of each mushroom and bake for about 10 minutes in a moderate oven or until mushroom buttons are cooked.
