Seafood Paella
In a deep saucepan heat oil. |Add onion, garlic, bay leaves, tomato, tomato paste. Lightly fry. Lightly stir in fishes. Add wine, paprika. Stir in rice, saffron, salt, pepper. Turn to lowest. Cook 20 minutes.

wine - white 187.5 ml 3/4 cup
Paprika 0.5 tsp 5ml
stock (chicken) 1 cup 250ml
Rice - Japanese 1 cup 250ml
Saffron 3 threads
salt 0.25 tsp 5ml
pepper 0.5 tsp 5ml
