Coconut icecream
Combine coconut cream, cream, milk, vanilla essence in pan. Bring to boil. Whisk egg yolks and sugar. Whisk hot milk intoyolk mixture. Stir over low heat, without boiling, till thickened. Freeze till cold. Pour gradually into icecream maker.
