Lime Icecream
Bring rind and juice to boil in small pan; simmer, uncovered until reduced by half, cool. Beat eggs and sugar in double boiler till thick and creamy. Stir lime juice and thickened cream into egg mixture. Cool in freezer. Pour gradually into ice-cream maker.
