Vodka and Sizchuan Pepper Glazed Chicken
Combine sugar, juice, vodka, water and pepper in small pan. Boil uncovered for about 5 minutes or until slightly thickened; divide glaze into two portions. Place chicken on roasting rack or basket. Cook in covered BBQ using indirect heat for 1 hour. Brush chicken with one portion of glaze, cook 20 minutes more or until chicken is browned all over and tender. Just before serving brush with remaining glaze.
